Tools we usually use
Why n8n instead of Zapier or Make?
n8n can run on your own server, so data stays with you and cost does not grow with every task. It handles branching, code and AI agents well. Zapier and Make are still the right choice for some simple flows, and we will say so.
n8n Cloud or self-hosted?
n8n Cloud is the quickest start with no server to look after. Self-hosting suits higher volume, data that must stay with you, or custom nodes. We set up either, and can move you from one to the other later.
What happens when a workflow fails?
Every workflow we build has an error path: it retries what can be retried, logs what happened, and alerts a person with enough detail to fix it. Nothing fails silently.

Can you fix or extend workflows someone else built?+
Yes. We review what exists, fix what breaks, and document it before adding anything new.
