About the role
You will turn a client's messy weekly routine into reliable flows across WhatsApp, CRMs, accounting tools and spreadsheets. Most of the work is in n8n and small custom services, and every build ships with retries, alerts and documentation the client can read.
What you will do
- Map a client's current process with them and agree what to automate first
- Build and test workflows in n8n, Make and small Python or Node.js services
- Integrate WhatsApp Business API, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Tally, Razorpay and Google Workspace
- Add error handling, retries and alerts so nothing fails silently
- Write handover notes and record a short walkthrough for each build
What we are looking for
- 2+ years building integrations or backend services
- Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks and JSON
- Hands-on experience with n8n, Make or Zapier
- Clear written English: you document as you build
Nice to have
- Experience with WhatsApp Business API or Indian business tools like Tally and Zoho
- Basic SQL and PostgreSQL
