Use cases for students

Applications, coursework and side projects all compete for the same evenings. These are the systems we set up so the admin runs itself and your time goes into the work that gets you hired.

Sound familiar?

  • Job posts saved in twenty browser tabs and a spreadsheet you stopped updating
  • Rewriting the same CV and cover letter for every role
  • Notes spread across PDFs, slides and chat groups the night before an exam
  • A portfolio that still shows last year's projects

Applications and career

Fewer missed deadlines, better-matched applications, and interviews you walk into prepared.

Job and internship tracker that fills itself

You find roles on LinkedIn, company sites and college groups, save a few, and lose track of which ones you applied to and when they close.

What we build

  1. 1One-click save from your browser or a WhatsApp forward
  2. 2AI pulls the company, role, skills asked for and the closing date into a row
  3. 3Reminder two days before each deadline, by email or WhatsApp
  4. 4A Sunday summary: applied, waiting, interviews coming up
n8nGoogle Sheets or NotionClaude or GPT APIGmailWhatsApp

You stay in control: You decide what to apply for. The tracker only collects and reminds.

What changes: Every application is in one list with its deadline, and nothing closes without you knowing.

CV and cover letter tailored to each role

Sending the same CV everywhere gets ignored, but rewriting it for every role takes an evening each time.

What we build

  1. 1Your master CV and real project list kept in one Google Doc
  2. 2For a saved role, AI matches the job description to experience you actually have
  3. 3A tailored CV version and a cover letter draft, with gaps flagged rather than filled in
  4. 4Drafts saved next to the role in your tracker
Claude Projects or Custom GPTsGoogle Docsn8n

You stay in control: Nothing is sent automatically, and the prompt is set up to never invent experience.

What changes: A role-specific draft in minutes that still sounds like you.

Interview prep from the job post

You know the interview is coming but not what to practise, so prep turns into random videos.

What we build

  1. 1Likely questions built from the job post, the company's site and your CV
  2. 2Mock interview by chat or voice, one question at a time
  3. 3Feedback on each answer saved as notes you can revisit
Claude or ChatGPT voiceNotion

You stay in control: Practice only. You choose which feedback to act on.

What changes: You walk in having already answered the obvious questions out loud.

Study and research

Find what you need in your own material, and keep a plan that survives a bad week.

Ask questions across your own notes and papers

The answer is somewhere in forty PDFs and slide decks, and searching file names does not find it.

What we build

  1. 1Your lecture notes, papers and slides loaded into a private assistant
  2. 2Answers quote the source and the page, so you can check them
  3. 3Summaries and flashcards generated per chapter when you ask
NotebookLMor a custom RAG app with pgvectorGoogle Drive

You stay in control: Every answer links back to the page it came from.

What changes: Revision starts from the right page instead of from a search bar.

Study planner that reschedules itself

A timetable made at the start of term falls apart after the first missed day.

What we build

  1. 1Syllabus topics and exam dates turned into weekly study blocks
  2. 2Blocks placed in Google Calendar around your classes
  3. 3Missed sessions moved forward automatically, with a warning when time gets tight
Google Calendarn8nClaude or GPT API

You stay in control: You approve the plan before it goes into your calendar.

What changes: The plan keeps up with your week instead of making you feel behind.

Portfolio and first clients

Show your work properly, and run small freelance jobs without the admin getting messy.

Portfolio site that stays current

Your best project is on GitHub, but your portfolio still shows something from two semesters ago.

What we build

  1. 1A fast personal site on Next.js, deployed on Vercel under your own domain
  2. 2Pinned GitHub repositories pulled in automatically
  3. 3Draft project write-ups generated from each README for you to edit
Next.jsVercelGitHub APIGitHub Actions

You stay in control: Write-ups go live only after you edit and publish them.

What changes: Recruiters see what you built last week, not last year.

Freelance client starter kit

Your first paid projects come through DMs, and quotes, payments and follow-ups live in chat history.

What we build

  1. 1Enquiry form that creates a client entry in Notion
  2. 2Quote and invoice templates filled from that entry
  3. 3Payment link by UPI or Razorpay, and a reminder if it is unpaid
NotionTally FormsRazorpayGmail

You stay in control: You set prices and send every quote yourself.

What changes: Small clients get a professional process, and you get paid on time.

Where to start

Start with the application tracker

It touches everything else: once every role, deadline and contact lives in one place, tailoring your CV and preparing for interviews becomes a step in the same flow instead of a separate scramble.

Common questions

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Most student systems run on tools with a visual editor. We set them up, show you how they work, and leave a short guide so you can change them later.

Will this write my assignments?

No. We build tools that organise your material and your applications. Your coursework stays yours, and every AI answer points back to its source.

Which accounts do I need?

Usually a Google account, plus a Notion or GitHub account for some builds. Paid AI subscriptions are optional, and we tell you before anything needs one.
